Ai-Lien Wu 吳愛連 (1944.10.01 — 2005.06.29)

Dr. Ai-Lien Wu passed away on June 29, 2005, 9:50am EDT (GMT-4) in Rockville, MD, USA. She was 60. Her friends and family are deeply saddened. This page is a tribute to her extraodinary life.

• 2005-08-14: at last, the guestbook for memories/eulogy is functional. sorry it took so long. a separate guestbook for comments will be up shortly, now that i know how to do guestbooks.
• 2005-08-01: finally had some time to redesign the layout, and here you go. still, nowhere near "professional" quality but reasonably well-organized at this point. if you have suggestions, email me.
• 2005-07-28: i have uploaded many more pictures but it's really tedious to sort without a fast and stable net connection, so until i return home (still unsure when) the photo pages will not be updated. instead, i will work on other ... stuff. however, if you wish, feel free to dig through unsorted pictures WARNING: very large listing.
• Her memorial Service was held in Bethesda, MD at Pumphrey Funeral Homes, Bethesda-Chevy Chase branch, 10am on july 24, 2005. On behalf of the family, I'd like to thank everyone who attended the service. I apologize for not being able to meet everyone there in the closing.
